Interview
I had 1 20 min phone interview and then I had 2 interviews the following week. I met with the head of the quality department, a supervisor, and their training supervisor.

Everything was smooth and they were very nice and professional. I first got contacted by HR than first interview was online, second was on site and then i received an offer.
Some question about the candidate, followed by some question about the resume (previous experiences, etc), why I think to fit in the role and explanation of the role and the company

Straight forward and efficient. I Was asked questions to gauge my skill and understanding of scientific concepts. Entire process took less than a month. HR was good at communicating. Good benefits.
