Applied online and received a call regarding an prelim interview for the next day to assess my experience with children. After, I was asked to schedule an interview for the next morning. Was interviewed by two supervisors for about 50 minutes, where I was then asked about my references. The same day, my references were contacted and I was offered the job the next morning.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Looking Glass Community Services (Eugene, OR) in Sept 2019
Interview
It went well it was a group interview, with 4 people asking the candidates questions. It was not intimidating at all. The pay wasnt what I could accept and that was something I found out at the interview it self. I have never been in a panel interview but it was fun.
