First interview was a phone conversation with the HR. Second interview was a technical interview. Third interview was a top grade interview. Very friendly and honest company. They even give socks after the third interview. They will give offer in person which require you to come to the office for the third time. I didn't accept the offer as I have another offer with a more technical company. I didn't want to specialize on the LAMP stack and a domain specific business application such as an RFP response software.

I applied online and i got the mail from HR regarding initial call. Call was about reason for change and my intrest on joining loopio. 1st technical round: it was white board interview on MS word. I was given a question to solve without concerning a language and syntax(this was positive). Post that had a discussion with interviewer regarding solutions and discussed about optimization. Everything went well but interviewer was expecting correct code and syntax that he told at the end of interview. He wasn't clear with expectations of the answer. After few days i got rejection mail.
