Interview
I was selected for screening for this role. The HR rep and I had a hard time finding a time to connect but when we did we had a great conversation. It was mostly your typical screening questions. She was great and helpful. She set the tone for the process to come. Unfortunately, it took her longer to reply after the call than she had expected. When she did respond she noted that the role had be restructured and they were no longer proceeding with hiring.

At that time, we decided to re-evaluate our hiring plans during a time of economic uncertainty. With that said, we recognize the importance of timely updates and apologize for the delay in getting back to you with an update or decision - I can only imagine that this wasn’t a positive experience for you as a candidate! We do see an opportunity here to provide more real-time updates to candidates to inform them of any potential delays in decision-making. This allows the candidate the opportunity to make an informed decision when it comes to their job search.
