The interview process consisted of a phone interview with the HR Manager, followed by a virtual meeting with the hiring manager as well as the HR Manager. The last round was an in-person meeting with the VP and then the CEO.

In addition I had knowledge of their customer requirements and this made a positive difference as well. The interview was more about my fit than my qualifications.
