Invited for giving a technical talk. It was standard process for research positions. Everyone was helpful. Interview process is smooth although there could be more hurdles if you need to get some form of security clearance.
Applied online through their website. Interviewed with 3 staff online. It was an okay interview. You give a presentation and then answer questions about research. The interview lasted 45 minutes.
Two round of interview - phone interview, presentation interview. Phone interview is very basic, about my phd work and how close my skillset is to the job requirements. The presentation interview was about 30 mins including q&A

what did you do on your phd research? what is your contribution to the field?
It took too long for this position. I waited for 6 months for a first-round interview. The staff contacted me two times to determine the review process. I must contact them for finalize the schedule
