First of all, they call you and ask some simple resume questions, They double check all parts of resume with you.then you do the online assessment and finally, they set an in-person interview.

Recruiter asked few questions on the phone. Than she set up a in person meeting with the Nurse Manager. Interview was smooth and easy. Nurse Manager was asked general questions like where did you go to school, where do you see yourself in 5 years.

Interview was 1:1 in the cafeteria of the hospital during a job fair. Questions are simple; patient scenarios, your strengths and weaknesses. Quick interview, and offer given within a week.
