They ask you a couple of questions and then make you perform a demo of how you would teach a math subject. I did mine on vectors, very easy and simple.

Met via zoom with several members of the staff and the various deans and chairs that I would be working with for the first interview and then a follow up interview one-on-one with the hiring supervisor. The interview questions were shared on the screen and we went through them in a twenty minute interview each time.
