I applied through other source. I interviewed at LotusFlare (Pune) in Feb 2026
Interview
Professional and responsive. I was feeling heard during the interview- they were open to any questions. Overall- very positive response from the team and clear instructions on next rounds as well. I'd give a 5 rating to the process.

The interview process was well-structured and professionally managed. It consisted of discussions around project management methodologies, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, Agile practices, and program governance. The interviewers also assessed communication skills, problem-solving ability, and experience in driving cross-functional initiatives.
The conversation was interactive, and the interviewers provided candidates with an opportunity to explain their past project experiences in detail. Overall, the process was smooth, respectful, and focused on evaluating both technical knowledge and practical PMO experience.

A very disappointing and unprofessional experience with LotusFlare. The overall process took around six weeks and involved multiple rounds of interviews. The final round was conducted in person at the Pune office, for which I had to travel from another city. I successfully cleared all rounds, and even the final interview feedback shared by HR was positive.
However, despite the significant time and effort invested in the process, there was no follow‑up after the final round. The HR team did not respond to calls or emails regarding next steps. This lack of communication is highly unprofessional.
Even if other candidates were being considered, basic transparency and timely communication are the minimum expectations in such situations. Based on similar experiences shared by others as well, this seems to be a recurring concern.
Overall, it would have been more worthwhile to invest that time in upskilling rather than going through this process.
