The interview process is pretty quick and straightforward. Typically includes a panel interview at the school where the position is open. Most questions are pretty broad. Familiarize yourself with the 5Cs for the interview.

Interview
Interview was standard questions for educators. There was a panel that included the principal and two teachers. The county completely ghosted afterward and the rejection was an automated email that my application was closed. So - if you're looking for feedback after your interview, you need to follow up on your own.
Interviews were made at the principles discretion. Principles had another administration and department chair in the interview. They were very open and friendly. They took the time to get to know you to see if you'd be a good fit for their school and team.
