Interviewed with search firm and then met with senior professionals. Firm asked me to provide them with business plan, which I did, and then they told me that they were not looking to hire at my level until 2020. The only thing that I can fathom is that they wanted free work in the form of the business plan, which they would give one of their existing professionals to execute. VERY POOR FORM! . One of the worst experiences recruiting I have had in my career.

Went very well - phone interview then a super day. A lot of questions where fit focused - nice people. Wanted to see genuine interest in the management consulting. As there is a lot of ad-hoc work

I was referred to the company by a previous employee. I went through a super day with five different members of the team (four rounds, 3 one-on-ones and 1 one-on-two). I received an offer a few weeks after the super day.
