Interview
I had a pre-screen and interview with the contract company at first. They explained the job and I agreed that it would be something I was interested in. Once they submitted all their candidates to the manager, I was contacted for a teams interview. I was then interviewed by the department leader and a manager under this person. A few days later I was offered the contract job.
