Typical higher ed process. Phone interview initially with committee members, then on-campus interview that included teaching demonstration, meetings with committee members and students, administration. Committee members were clearly not on the same page with who they wanted to hire--this was eivident throughout the hiring process. Lots of internal politics at play that resulted in a cancelled search.
