Interview
Three zoom interviews and a written assignment. Got very little feedback. Actually began the process twice as they "Filled the role internally" and then came back a few weeks later to interview me again. 3 steps later they emailed to say they had chosen a different candidate. Yesterday I saw the role had been reposted. Obviously honesty is not their strength!

Interview
The first step of the interview process was two online assessments. The description estimated that the whole process would take 2.5 hours. That's pretty lengthy but ok. In the end, it took me 4.5 hours to complete. I would have appreciated a 10 minute phone call before being asked to go through hours of testing.

There was a weird 10 minute visual test asking me to spot the differences in images... like a little kid activity book.
Spent two weeks arranging and interview which was ultimately canceled. They offered me another position to interview for but first wanted me to do a lengthly online assessment that was SAT-like and had nothing really to do with job skills or qualifications. Never heard from anyone again not even a confirmation of completion.
