Interview
Went easy. Very friendly. Asked about skills, background. Everything a normal interview would have. Would ask about skill level. Experience, Made you take a 15 minute test to see your skill level. They also said they would take a lesser skilled person and would train them if they knew the person was willing to work.

Interview
Easy, asked few questions. Talked about job, benefits. Made interviewee take a quick test to see knowledge. Said they would get back to me if I did get a offer or not but never responded. When I hear that and the saying we will pick the best qualified for the job I know not to expect much.
