One 10 minute phone call followed by an in person interview. Over the phone went well, however, the in-person interview was very lax - they didn't really ask any questions, just discussed the job responsibilities. Made me wonder why it was necessary to come down to London for a 10 minute conversation. I received a job offer which was rescinded a day later. They said they had sent it by mistake. When I asked for feedback on my application I was ignored. All in all they treat candidates very carelessly.

General "get to know you discussion" followed by an assessment testing interpersonal and administrative skills. Required some professional skills but the interviewer was kind and encouraging and the overall process was good.l
