Interview
Standard 3 to 4 levels for experienced candidates. Round 1 with HR for culling Round 2 with hiring team/manager mostly technical and deep diving into role and expectations Round 3 with the leadership team overseas depending upon the nature of job and stakeholders. Round 4 is mostly Comp negotiations and other benefits including document verification etc.

A detailed walkthrough of my portfolio with technical details on each composition, reason or inspiration and effects/animation used which led to branching technical questions. Followed by you will be tested if you are a cultural for the company through set of questions.
