After about a week I was asked to come in for 1:1 Interview with a HR manager. She asked basic questions like give her a situation where I applied team work to solve a problem, how i would deal with irate customers and such. A couple of days later I was asked to come in for drug test and give a consent to background check. After 48hrs I was given a job offer.
