I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement (Calgary, AB) in May 2016
Interview
The interview process was great. I had a phone interview with HR first and then a face to face with the Store Manager. After that, I had a face to face with the ASM. All were professional and seemed well suited for their positions

Sat down with the HR Manager and the Retail Manager. They east ask me situational questions (tell me a time when...). The interview took about 40 min, the HR Manager was going to be gone for several days afterwords, so I didn't get a call back for about 2 weeks, I was offered to come in and meet the Store Manger, I had already accepted another job.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had a conflict at work and how you resolved it?
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement
Interview
Being I was already a Lowes employee it wasn't quite as nerve racking as my initial interview, but a lot of the questions were the same. One question was "Where do you see yourself in 5 years?" Which is very broad, but if Lowes is your career choice, you should probably include that in your future. Another line of questioning had to do with your ability to handle different situations, especially involving customers. The key that gets you hired for Lowes is how well you do on your interview(s) and very little to do with your knowledge/experience.
