It wasn't what I thought it was going to be like it was rather quick but went well but I still was very nervous and I exesplanade that to the interview person and they reassured me I was going to be fine and it was just fine

The process was very efficient and easy. They went through a list of questions, but the interviewer really listened to my answers and responded thoughtfully. I felt like I was able to say everything I needed to in order to communicate my experience.

Interview
It was very simple, with only five questions asked. The questions all related to safety and leadership. I found all of them very easy, even with no work experience. They are very forgiving as well.
