I was contacted to schedule an interview in early January, 2012. I set up the appointment, and due to the illness of the HR Manager, I had the interview with an Assistant Manager, and then one with the Store Manager. Both interviews were pretty laid back, and actually enjoyable. The Store Manager seemed very interested in our conversations, so it made it not feel pressured, at all. It turned out that I wouldn't be able to meet the commitment for the position I applied for (weekend team), but lucky for me, I was offered a seasonal position. I recently had my orientation, and won't get consistent work for about a month, or so. It's still worth it. As I said, it was one of the most pleasant interviews I've been involved with.

Met with HR and Assistant manager separately went over past work experience. Talked about job opportunities.. Each asked a variet of situatinal questons and why i wanted to work at Lowes. Drug test.
