Initial phone screening with recruiter, phone interview with hiring manager, Skype panel interview session with department manager plus other participants (others in department or departments that will work with that role). Recruiter arranged for in person interview. Company paid for interview trip including air and lodging. On site interview was multiple panels and one on one with department executive.

Interview
Lowe's contacted me through LinkedIn about 2 positions. Spoke with 2 recruiters, 2 different days, who were both very positive about my experience & the positions. They said they would forward my packet to the hiring managers. Over the course of a month, I contacted them 3 times - received one message that they needed to follow up with the managers.
One month later, according to the Lowe's website, I am not a candidate any longer for one position and nothing on the second position. No contact from the recruiters.
