I already work for company and interviewed at the same store therfore I feel my process may have been a little more lax than normal. The interview consisted of nine questions each containing multiple sub questions. Example was something like name a challange you had to overcome what was the challange what did you do to overcome this challange and what was the outcome. Interview was with store manager and HRmanager

Super straightforward. Cakewalk. Just answer honestly. Give nothing extra. Talk about only what you know! Your working history is a great start. Leave no gaps. Don’t bull. Be brief. Be brilliant, be seated.

Can be challenging , be calm, breathe. Keep them interested. Dont answer till you are ready. Think about your responses. Take your time. Majority of the question are based on scenarios with your team, ability to handle various customer situations

Phone interview and then in person interview with store manager with human resource manager as well. Asked questions about situations and what would do again or different. Interview lasted about thirty minutes.
