I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement (Conyers, GA) in Mar 2015
Interview
Basic interview done either with the ASM or HR manager or both in two separate interviews. Lowes has a list of questions they ask for every position practically and are simple. The questions mainly focus on how you handle customers, safety, and other employees or solve problems. Pretty much a short verbal assessment test and they score you on your answers.
