Very laid back, simple questions that are not out of the ordinary. Call back, come in for interview. Receive a call back if they decide to go forth with the position.

What do you do if you are unable to help a customer find what they need.
So easy that you just need to be a normal person to get hired, they really just look for someone who can help out every customer and who can do a little bit of manual labor. you should be hired asap

The company has a very easy interview process and after a simple interview they offer a position almost right away. There is only one in person interview and usually a call back within a few days

Laid back, personality oriented questions and general questions about how you would act in situations. Also questions about experience and why you want the job. One on one with HR, maybe a manager.
