Interview
interviewed first with HR manager and then with a divisional merchandising manager. The first interview was easy and asked questions about myself and my experience. Second interview had more situational and behavioral based questions to get a feel for if I would be a good fit for the company.

Interviewer did not respond or join the interview process. Asked to reinterview a week later. Not professional and not a good experience for the candidate. Declined final round interview after this interaction with the recruiter.
After applying, there was a phone call screening with a recruiter, followed by a video call interview with the team for which the position was for. In some cases, there are multiple rounds of these video interviews.

Entrevista presencial y virtual con líder de la vacante. Contestar varias preguntas que te hacen. No es de larga duración y son preguntas fáciles de contestar. El entrevistador es muy atento y es casi como una conversación.
