only interviewed once, 8 years ago, was hired, went through a week of training on computer, then just kind of thrown out on the floor. Had to learn things by myself

Interview
Applied online for the position. It took a week to hear back from HR then I went in for a one on one interview the next day. Interviewed with the HR associate then the assistant manager of the store. All of the questions were simple behavioral based questions. I was offered a job on the spot and took the drug test three days later at a different facility.
