I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement (Torrance, CA) in July 2022
Interview
I went to the interview a few minutes early like anyone would. I went up to one of the workers for guidance on where I need to go for the interview, he was a bit busy but went ahead and took me to the employee area himself. He said he'll grab a manager for me and to wait in there for someone to come up so I did. 20 minutes passed by an employee walked in and asked what I'm doing there so I said I'm waiting for an interview. Thinking maybe they forgot about me we both went down together, met with a manager but they seem surprised as if no one knew we had an interview. He said to wait for him in that room again so I did. Another 20 minutes passed, no one came so I just left. So unprofessional and unorganized. The store wasn't even busy
