Very friendly. The initial interview was only 15 minutes. No pressure and easy conversation. Meeting was with the Assistant Store Manager who was friendly and asked a handful of questions about my reasons for wanting to work at Lowes and my qualifications.

Very easy got hired on the spot. Very friendly interviewer and everyone was happy to help. Only complaint was that I had called in early letting them know I was coming and I still had to wait for a manager to show up, was waiting for like 30 minutes.

Interview was quick. They were nice and outlined the next steps clearly. The downside was they said they'd call me either way ( if I did/n't get the jbob ] and they never did.
