I filled out the application online, was called in for an interview a couple of days later, was called back for a drug test after that, started the next week.

Group interview then a one vs one with the HR person and one of the managers and the whole process lasts less than one hour. Overall very easy and relaxing and not too much to complain about

Applied and received a call requesting an interview same day. Next day I met with one of the managers I think. Super nice guy, his laid back attitude helped calm my nervousness. We first went over my availability then the job description. He then asked me a series of "Tell me about a time when you" type of questions, mostly about my previous experience in retail. Interview wasn't longer than 15 minutes. After he told me I'd receive a call within a week, but about an hour later I was called and hired!
