Typical process phone interview then meeting and doing paperwork background test, mouth swab drug test and waiting on results got started fairly soon after test results about 3-5 days after interview.

Question 1
Very basic questions previous work experience, why I'd be a good fit, when's a time I went above and beyond for a customer which is a question I hate, generic questions like that simple and to the point.
They ask you 4 questions and it's really easy.
1. How'd you deal with a difficult customer
2. How'd you go above and beyond
3. Why do you want to work here
4. Where'd you hear about this position
