I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement (Champaign, IL) in June 2025
Interview
asked a few basic questions (tell me about yourself, why Lowe's, tell me about how you handled a difficult person/situation, tell me your experience with dealing with work under pressure) I talked a bit about myself, asked my own questions about the team i'd be working with, what the training process is like, and if the interviewer had any other questions about my qualifications. i got offered a job immediately after the interview!
