Interview
Simple interview process based on empathy and vulnerable customer knowledge. Knowledge of Texas and idea methods. Basic knowledge of collections processes and outbound dialing experience questioned. Easy interview overall as long as you show a willingness to learn.

I applied through other source. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Lowell Financial (Leeds, England) in Mar 2020
Interview
I was approached by Jess Sadler, Specialist Talent Sourcer, and from the very first interaction I can honestly say this was the most positive interview experience of my career to date. Jess was friendly and helpful throughout the process, putting me instantly at ease. This only made me more excited about the opportunity and determined to be offered the role. The process consisted of an initial conversation with Jess, then a follow-up with some competency-based questions. After that, Jess then makes a recommendation to the hiring manager on which candidates to take forward. I then had a telephone interview with the hiring manager, which I think is a really smart move on Lowell's part - it does save candidates travelling and taking more time out from current employment to attend interviews, so in my opinion makes it much easier and less stressful. After the telephone interview I received feedback via Jess, and an invitation for a face-to-face final interview with a presentation. Again, I felt very well looked after - I was given details about how to find the office and allocated a specific parking space so I knew exactly what I was doing on arrival. Jess met me before the interview for a chat, and again, put me at ease and made me feel very welcome and comfortable, but even more importantly, reiterated the feeling that this was definitely an organisation with great culture that I would love to work for. I had a great face-to-face interview experience, and after leaving, got a phone call about 20 minutes to tell me I had got the job! I was over-the-moon and am very excited to join this team next week. I have to commend Jess' professionalism and warm personality throughout the process - she contributed so much to such a positive experience that this must be noted. I would have no qualms recommending her to anyone and I think she's a real credit to Lowell.
