very arrogant management especially the director of operations. They try to belittle you instead of giving you a PROPER interview. Not the best way to represent our industry. Beware if you are a person of color!

Straightforward. Handed him my CV and got the job. He spent most of the time telling me about the philosophy of the restaurant and lamenting his past bad experiences as a restaurant manager.
