I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lower (Columbus, OH) in Sept 2017
Interview
3 in person interviews with different members of management. First interview was very conversational and ended with a tour of the office. The next too were more interrogative. All of the managers are very personable and easy to talk to.
Three stage interview process. Phone interview, in-person and then a final interview with hiring manager. Everyone was friendly and conversational. At times it felt more like having a business conversation with a friend rather than interview.
