I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Loyal Reliance (Singapore)
Interview
2 rounds of interview. One was a group interview where we did a simple case study, given by one of the senior managers. Followed by a final interview by the founder.
Seems that the managers were looking for go-getters, people eager to push financing packages to SMEs in Singapore and the salesman will get a few percent of commission plus a basic salary.
Interviewers were hesitant to offer additional information when questions were asked by interviewees. Please proceed with caution.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Do you like money? It was followed by a barrage of questions trying to intimidate the interviewee.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Loyal Reliance (Singapore)
Interview
3 rounds of interview with 3 different people. First 2 are with team leaders and finally the Founder. First round is a group interview and interviews would like to see aggresiveness and passion at this stage.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Loyal Reliance (Singapore) in June 2012
Interview
They invited me for 3 interviews to meet the 2 co-founders and lastly the founder of the firm. They seem to be looking for fresh graduates and are not interested in employing the MBA types, believing that text book knowledge is nothing as compared to "real world" experience. Very narrow minded individuals.
