Interview
All phone and Skype interview process, because of the distance. These are miitary contract postions, so the process is quite extensive. There are phone interviews with 3 people from Loyal Source, reference verification, and then interviews with the OIC on site. There is a background check as well as charecter references required.

Basic interview questions:Tell me about yourself, your expereince, what you can bring to the table. Very basic questions, I responded in a friendl open manner and that seemed helpful. I was asked about evidence based practice; what treatment modalities I have been trained in. I was a good fit for the position
