Begins with screening interview with HR over Zoom. Professional yet friendly energy. Asked mostly standard questions about work history, professional goals, and personality fit - about 30-45 minutes. Passing the screening means going on to an interview with the associate director. Similar questions with more in-depth conversation on day-to-day in the position, office culture, etc. Passing that interview means a panel interview, then an interview with the director or dean I believe. (I withdrew candidacy due to separate issues)
