I applied online. I interviewed at Loyola Medicine (Maywood, IL) in July 2017
Interview
Cold, unwelcoming, "get me out of here NOW" type interview. I was there for 5 hours to meet with HR, VP, Project Managers, and Hiring Managers and they all seemed unhappy and miserable with their jobs. They blamed it on the new CIO. One person mentioned on the interview that this is a "very high right, low reward job". Out of all the interviews I've ever been on, this has been the only one where I did NOT want the job.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
What types of projects have you managed in the past?
There were a total of 3 rounds of interview over the span of 3-4 weeks depending on availability. I interviewed with the entire team about my experience and qualifications but also about what projects they have in the pipelines and what is the most important initiative the team is working towards. I also loved how the team values team work and team collaboration.
