I went through two rounds on interviews. The first round was behavior based and related specifically to my hr experience and knowledge. The second round was also behavior based, but focused more on what specific situations I had dealt with as an HR Manager. The panel asked questions relating to FMLA, Workers' Comp., difficult situations, staff conflict and how you would handle examples they gave.
