Interview
Very standard interview, management wants positive attitude and solid experience in the service industry. If you don't know how to serve, or haven't been doing it for very long, you may have difficulty in an interview here. Management is comfortable to interview with, although the hiring manager is a different person now than when I was interviewing.

Interview
Initial phone contact requesting interview with the Chef. Followed up with preparation of 3 entree/appetizer of my choice to present to the Chefs of restaurant and sister restaurant. A few days after that was invited back for a working interview where I worked the line, helped prep for evening service. A few days later I was offered the position.
