I spoke with the recruiter and I felt that the call went exceptionally well. At the end of the call, the recruiter asked for a few time slots so she can connect me with the hiring manager. I provided my availability and told her I'd follow up via email as well. Radio silence after. I sent another follow up email later in the week, asking for an update or to even just advise if I am still considered for the role. Nothing. It was a negative experience not following through and not being responsive to candidates.
