Interview
The entire process was smooth and professional. Really, three phases. I had a phone interview, about 30 minutes; then an in-person interview with the district manager, and then another in-person interview with another district manager and the Center General Manager. Three days later I was offered the position.

It was pretty easy--interviewed with GM & DM at a hiring event. Asked me several questions on site; was able to go out and look at the center and meet some of the staff. Finished up the process by doing drug testing and started not too long after that.

Interview process was very Quick. Met with area manager and then the district manager. Started after drug test and background check came back. Also spoke with the recruiter manager. On boarded online before first day.
