It`s been a selective group interview with different rounds with go or stay policy after practice. Sometimes there`s been group trainings such as "role playing" and sometimes there`s been individual interviews. Also, they had a personal test, answering online.

The assessment center wasn't great. They don't even tell you why you're not good enough for them. The salary is also extremely bad. They aren't very nice there either. Well, who knows.

Es gab 4 Stationen - 1. Englischgespräch, 2. online Psychologen - Test, 3. Rollenspiel, 4. persönlichen Psychologengespräch - nach jeder Station wird einem in Gruppen entweder gesagt, dass man weiter ist oder es nicht gereicht hat. Die Gruppe war in etwa über 30 Personen groß.
