For a company that promotes a friendly and people-first culture, ghosting candidates after investing time in their process sends a very different message. Sending a rejection email is a small gesture that goes a long way. I wish I had taken the previous reviews on Glassdoor more seriously before investing my time in preparing for this interview and following up.
