Have a few rounds consisting with the General Manager and the Executive Chef, there were a few rounds with the Chefs and finally went through the details of functioning of the Kitchen. Was introduced to all the staff of the kitchen and worked with them for a dinner service over the weekend to get a first hand experience if i want to join them.
