The interview process was straightforward and fair. The whole process had clear communication, respectful interactions, and a structured format that allowed me to demonstrate my skills and experiences effectively. I left the process feeling like it was a respectful use of time.

Interview
I had about a 30 minute, informal discussion with Lullabot's Human Resources coordinator. She asked me pretty general questions about my interest in and qualifications for the job. This was a phone screen, although Lullabot has a pretty extensive application process, including submitting a video.
