Completed typing test and breif computer navigation questionnaire. Once that was passed I had a mock sales call with two supervisors. They gave me a sheet with a product and it listed some pros about it. If you passed the sales call you were hired.

HR called to see if I was interested in interviewing with team leader, interviewed with who would be my direct supervisor, then got conditional letter of employment pending background and drug test

Question 1
Honestly, it felt like more of a conversation than a formal interview. Basically talked about the industry, personality-type questions, tenets of sales, role played a call.

It was organized, asked typical interview questions, what caught me off guard was they want to do a role play, where you try to sell them something while on a call. It was challenging but great!
