Lots of questions about changing my perspective challenges I have faced and questioning my reasoning skills. It was not what I was expecting but it made for an interactive and interesting interview.

When have you ever been working on a group project and had something that you worked on for a while and were excited about, be "ditched" or canceled from the overall project by the rest of the team or leadership. How did you handle this rejection of your ideas?

Interview
Analytics style interview with no live person. Practice is available but metrics are analyzed by AI (I assume). Similar to VMock. There was no live interaction. Lumen was formerly known as Centurylink.

Interview
During COVID, their interview process was online. I had to complete a virtual video interview that included 7 timed and recored questions and 2 games. Then I was contacted by a recruiter to complete more questions and schedule a call with them.

What is the biggest challenge you have faced in communicating technical details? How did you overcome it?

Interview
Phone Screen took about 30 minutes and asked normal hr questions. Web interview was more intensive on how I would handle the job. It was a quick process and if never had a Skype interview can be quite frightening.
