It was all on the phone. The recruiter calls and asked questions. Then set up and interview where 2 supervisors call and interview you. Then wait a very long time. They are never in a hurry for anything but what helps them.

Interview
Quick, painless and easy. I met up with the recuiter and we spoke about the details of the position ; what I could offer to. the company and after that it was a matter waiting . I took a drug test for pre-employment, got a background check and left a list of my references. Just your normal run of the mill interview process.

Interview
about 45 minutes on the phone. Interviewer asked basic HR questions and then ones more specific to the company and position. Couple of questions about usual bad customer experience and how you dealt with that situation.

Applied online went through 2 online assessments, received phone call for face to face interview 2 weeks later. have not been to interview yet it is scheduled in 4 days.
